Dirty cars more prone to accidents, say RAC

Motorists who are not maintaining their cars may be more likely to have car accidents.

The announcement has been made by the Royal Automobile Club, which says that dirty cars are more likely to be involved in accidents.

According to a survey carried out by the group, motorists who drive dirty cars are more prone to breaking the law as well.

A spokesperson for RAC says that the traditional Sunday wash is now being replaced by Sunday shopping.

The survey was a random sample of motorists carried out by the RAC.
