The Irish Hospital Consultants Association have put additional pressure on the Government regarding its decision to withhold €15m which had been allocated to the national treatment purchase fund.

The Irish Hospital Consultants Association have put additional pressure on the Government regarding its decision to withhold €15m which had been allocated to the national treatment purchase fund.

They have strongly opposed this decision and demand the money be re-allocated to areas of the acute hospitals where patients are in urgent need of treatment.
