Cowen rejects 'Govt breaking promises' suggestion

The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Brian Cowen, has rejected suggestions that the Government is breaking election promises.

Mr Cowen was responding to claims the Irish people may punish the Government for the recent round of cutbacks by voting 'no' to Nice.
