ISPCC: Irish parents traumatised by Soham tragedy
Irish agencies are calling for improved vetting procedures to be introduced for those working with children here, so as to prevent a similar fate as that of Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman visiting an Irish family.
Paul Gilligan of the ISPCC has said that Irish parents are traumatised by the tragedy.
