Gardaí are continuing to hold a man arrested following the seizure of €17,000 worth of cannabis resin in Co Kildare.

Gardaí are continuing to hold a man arrested following the seizure of €17,000 worth of cannabis resin in Co Kildare.

The man, who is in his late teens, was detained after the drugs were found in a house in Kildare town.

He was being questioned last night at Kildare Garda Station.
