Waterford Junior doctors suspend strike until Tuesday

The South Eastern Health board has confirmed that Junior doctors in Waterford have suspended Industrial action until next Tuesday.

All scheduled outpatient and theatre activity for Friday and Monday will go ahead as planned.

The Health Board has welcomed the break through, and they say they are still willing to engage in talk with the Irish Medical Organisation to try to resolve the dispute, which has run for 7 days.
