Brennan rejects claims of metro over-run
Transport Minister Seamus Brennan has denied claims that the metro line between Dublin Airport and the city centre could over-run its target date of 2007 by as much as five years.
Mr Brennan said: "The Government decided that the section from the airport to the city centre would be extracted from the main metro plan, taken out separately, funded separately and it will be available to the public by the end of the term of Government, which is 2007."
