Two Donegal divers airlifted to hospital

Two divers have been airlifted from the Donegal coast to hospital this afternoon.

The men were part of a 10-member diving expedition off Horn Head, who contacted Malin Head coastguard when some of the party began suffering symptoms of the bends after ascending from their dive.

The coastguard helicopter from Finner Camp brought the two divers to the nearest decompression facility at Craigavon Hospital as a precaution.
