Best eats first post-op meal

Soccer legend George Best has eaten for the first time since his liver transplant, it was revealed today.

The former Manchester United and Northern Ireland star is doing “very well” and will briefly leave his bed later today at the Cromwell Hospital, west London, a hospital spokesman said.
