Bertie pleased at outcome in Shortt case

Bertie Ahern said he was very pleased at the outcome of the case of Frank Shortt.

The nightclub owner served three years in jail after he was convicted of allowing drugs to be sold in his club.

The Court of Appeal has ruled that the conviction was a miscarriage of justice.
