Illegal Carlow dump not hazardous, says Council

Carlow County Council has declared that an illegal dump discovered in the south-east of the county last week does not contain hazardous waste.

The Environmental Protection Agency uncovered the dump near Clonegall and began an examination to determine the extent of its contents.
