Publicans will fight equal rights cases
Publicans and hoteliers are set to fight the decisions of the equality investigators as part of their battle to hold onto their right to refuse admission.
Decisions will be made in the coming days over plans to mount a legal challenge in the courts over decisions made by the Office of the Director of Equality Investigations.
Groups of publicans and hoteliers are sifting through controversial cases that have been decided in relation to travellers.
Now a 'fighting fund' has been set up by the Licensed Vintners Federation and other groups in the first legal challenge to the court decisions.
