25 detainees apply to High Court for freedom

25 Indian nationals, who are being detained at Limerick Prison, have applied to the High Court to have their detention orders quashed.

The men are being held under section eight of the 1996 Refugee Act, since their arrival at Shannon Airport on June 15 last.
