The Prime Minister of the Czech Republic says the Irish people would be acting selfishly if it rejects the Nice Treaty for a second time in the referendum next autumn.

Milan Zamann says Ireland would block further enlargement of the EU if it continues to reject the Treaty and he insists Ireland holds the future of his people and the people of other applicant nations in its hands.
