IFA seeks Govt help due to bad weather

The Irish Farmers Association has called on the Government to help alleviate the financial hardship caused by the recent bad weather.

The association has asked the Government to postpone the application of specific levies imposed by the EU because of losses caused due to unusual levels of rainfall this summer.
