Finucane report expected to be sharply critical

The report into the murder of Belfast solicitor Pat Finucane is expected to be sharply critical of the RUC special branch.

Today’s Guardian newspaper reports that there was collusion in his murder and recommends charges against individual police officers and members of the British military intelligence.
