Call for national day of mourning for missing persons

Mary Phelan, sister of missing woman Jo Jo Dollard, who has not been seen since 1995, is calling on the Taoiseach to introduce a National Missing Person’s Day.

Calow-Kilkenny TD John McGuiness has joined Ms Phelan in the appeal
