'Peace walls' to be heightened in east Belfast

The British Government’s security minister for the North has announced that two peace walls in east Belfast will be heightened in an effort to prevent further riots between rival loyalist and nationalist mobs.

Water cannons will also be deployed in the area to help quell any violence.
