EU want to fund embryo research - Dana

The European Union is putting pressure on the Government to support funding for embryo research, an MEP has claimed.

According to the Independent MEP Dana Rosemary Scallon, people at the highest level in Bertie Ahern's government are been pushed to assist the use of EU money for experimentation with embryos.
