Negotiations were underway at Dublin’s Labour Court tonight in a bid to resolve an industrial dispute which threatens the future of Aer Lingus.

Management at the loss-making airline and pilots’ representatives began a hearing before the Labour Relations Commission as all flights remained grounded until further notice.
