Kidnapping in the North foiled by police

Police in the North say that they have successfully foiled a kidnapping attempt following a six-day investigation in Belfast.

A 16-year-old boy was taken from his home at gunpoint last Monday and delivered a ransom demand of 100,000 pounds Sterling shortly afterwards.
