FG to reveal policies on tackling crime

Fine Gael is due to outline plans to tackle street crime today, with increased use of CCTV, high visibility policing and reforms of the Public Order Act high on the agenda.

Victims of crime would also be given statutory protection if Fine Gael was elected to power, the party says.
