FG to unveil election pledges today

Fine Gael will launch its election manifesto today.

Party leader Michael Noonan is expected to promise no increases in income taxes and to outline his party’s plans to borrow up to 25% of the funds needed to invest in what he calls Ireland’s appalling public services and infrastructure.
