Man and woman killed in Co Westmeath crash

Two people, a man and a woman, have died in a road accident in Co Westmeath.

The pair were killed when two cars collided near Rathowen at around 6.30pm yesterday.

Another person was also injured in the crash. Gardai have appealed for any witnesses to come forward.
