O'Donoghue defends record after Noonan jibe

The Minister for Justice, John O’Donoghue, is defending his record on crime after the leader of the opposition, Michael Noonan, challenged his performance.

Mr Noonan said that his party would work harder to reduce the incidence of street violence than Mr O’Donoghue has.
