Quinn calls on Justice minister for full disclosure
Labour Party leader Ruairi Quinn has called on Justice Minister John O’Donoghue to publish the remaining correspondence between himself and Bobby Molloy in relation to the Patrick Naughton rape case.
Mr O’Donoghue withheld a number of these letters for legal reasons and Mr Quinn believes this is tantamount to concealing information from the Dail.
The Labour leader said the letters should be examined independently to assess whether there are legal reasons for keeping them out of the public domain.
