Fine Gael launches childcare policy

Fine Gael has pledged to provide free GP healthcare to all children as part of its general election policy on childcare.

The party also proposed to give all three-year-olds the right to pre-school education, to introduce pre-school grants of up to €1,200 and to build safe playgrounds.
