Funding of more than €4.5m has been earmarked to support cross-border fishing projects.

Funding of more than €4.5m has been earmarked to support cross-border fishing projects.

The money will go towards development of projects in the North and in counties Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Louth, Monaghan and Sligo.

75% of the money is being provided by the EU, with the two governments making up the balance.
