Minister O'Donoghue extends sympathy to Gardai' family

The Department of Justice has extended its deepest regrets and condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of two Gardai who were killed this morning.

Both Gardai were killed on duty while pursuing a stolen Mazda sports car on the Stillorgan dual carriageway on the south side of the capital. The accident occurred at around 6.30am.
