Free fees for Royal College of Surgeons

The Royal College of Surgeons is to be included in the free fees initiative for third level students.

From September, first time students in undergraduate courses will not have to pay tuition fees.

Announcing the move today, the Minister for Education Michael Woods said it should provide new opportunities for mature students and those on low incomes.
