McAleese to decide fate of Housing Bill

The President is expected to decide later today or early tomorrow whether to refer the controversial Housing Bill to the Supreme Court to test its constitutionality.

Yesterday, Mary McAleese debated the bill with her Council of State after traveller representatives wrote to her to object to its provisions.
