McAleese to join mourners at Queen Mother's funeral

President Mary McAleese will join an estimated 2,000 mourners from across the world at the funeral of Britain’s Queen Mother in London later today.

Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles and the other British royals will gather at Westminster Abbey alongside Prime Minister Tony Blair, US first lady Laura Bush and monarchs from across Europe.
