Ruling 'may separate refugee parents and children'
The Irish Refugee Council has said this afternoon's judgement against asylum-seeking parents of Irish-born children will have wide-reaching implications for immigrant parents.
The IRC's Peter O'Mahony said refugee parents will be left with tough decisions about their children's future. He said parents may feel that the country to which they are being deported is not safe for their children and may be forced to leave them behind.
