The death toll on Ireland’s roads so far this year is approaching 100, with eight people killed in a spate of accidents over the holiday weekend.

The death toll on Ireland’s roads so far this year is approaching 100, with eight people killed in a spate of accidents over the holiday weekend.

The death toll currently stands at 92 and is on course to exceed last year’s total of 411.
