Three before Limerick Court in connection with drugs find

Three people who were arrested last Wednesday following a drugs seizure on the Limerick-Tipperary border have appeared before a special sitting of the Limerick District Court.

The trio, a man, a woman and a teenage boy were arrested following the seizure of cannabis, cocaine and heroin with an estimated street value of over half a million Euro.

The man and woman are charged with 12 separate offences and have been ordered to appear before the court again on Thursday, March 21, while the teenager, who faces fewer charges is to return to the court next Tuesday.
