Dublin firemen to participate in NY parade

Dublin firefighers are bound for New York today to march alongside New York fire crews in this weekend’s St Patrick’s Day parade.

President Mary McAleese, who is in New York, will review the parade.

40 Dublin firefighters, including the Dublin Fire Brigade Pipe Band, will march down Fifth Avenue.
