Ordnance survey workers discuss action ballot

Ordnance survey workers are to discuss an emergency motion proposing a ballot on industrial action at their AGM later this evening.

Staff are incensed that they were not consulted when the board was being appointed.

Bernard Harbor of IMPACT, the union representing the workers, said they have no problem with those appointed to the board, but staff should still have played a part.
