Board of Stadium Ireland to meet tonight
The board of directors overseeing the Stadium Ireland project is due to hold a meeting tonight following the revelation that one of the firms involved in the project is a ‘shelf company’ with assets of just stg£4.
Waterworld UK took a 5% share in the company established to construct and operate an aquatic centre. Stadium Ireland management defended itself against criticism yesterday, but the Government is understood to be furious about the controversy.
