Ahern responds to X-case criticism

The Taoiseach says Government proposals to appoint a regulator to the taxi industry will deal with the questions raised by the sentencing of the X-case man.

He was jailed for three-and-a-half years yesterday for the sexual assault of a teenager while he was a taxi driver.
