Gardai probe Co Kildare post office robbery

Four armed raiders have escaped with an undisclosed sum of money after holding up a post office in Sallins, Co Kildare, earlier today.

The masked raiders entered the building armed with two sawn-off shotguns and a sledgehammer. They escaped in a white getaway car which was found abandoned nearby a short time later.
