30% of Europe's teenagers smoke : Claim

A World Health Organisation report has shown that 30% of 15 to 18 year olds in Europe smoke cigarettes.

None of the 48 countries covered in the study showed any sign of reduction in the level of smoking among teenagers, despite numerous costly campaigns to highlight the dangers of the habit.
