Defence Forces launch recruitment drive

Defence Minister Michael Smith, will today launch the Force's largest-ever media and promotional campaign in an effort to get more people to sign up.

The theme of the campaign will be 'Ordinary people doing extraordinary things'.

Captain Paul Connors of the Defence Forces said they are looking for highly-motivated and adventurous candidates who would like a challenging career both at home and overseas.
