Two killed on roads

Two more people have been killed on the nation’s roads.

A pedestrian died after being struck by a car as he was walking with a bicycle at Crusheen, Co Clare at around 8.30pm last night.

Two hours later, a passenger was killed when the car in which he was travelling hit a wall on the Kiltipper Road in Tallaght.

The names of the dead have not yet been released.
