McBrearty seeks sworn inquiry into allegations

Donegal publican Frank McBrearty has said a sworn inquiry into allegations of corruption of gardai in Donegal must be opened as soon as possible.

It follows confirmation that senior barrister Shane Murphy has advised Minister John O'Donoghue that an inquiry is necessary.
