One of the country’s largest organisations for the representation of disabled people has called on politicians to be given heavy fines if they do not make their constituency clinics accessible to people with disabilities.

The National Representative Council, which represents over 2,600 people, says that all political parties tend to pay lip-service when it comes to access to transport or public buildings for people with disabilities but do not give enough action.
