A woman, whose body was found by children playing on a car park, died from natural causes, a post-mortem examination showed today.

A woman, whose body was found by children playing on a car park, died from natural causes, a post-mortem examination showed today.

Helen Alymer, 49, was found dead on the car park behind a supermarket near to Father Matthew Street, in Tipperary town.

Ms Alymer from Pearse Park, Tipperary, was reported missing on Friday.

A garda spokeswoman said the post-mortem examination, carried out at Limerick Regional Hospital, showed that no foul play was involved.

The spokeswoman was not immediately able to give the cause of death.
