Adair parole decision may not happen today

The judge reviewing the decision to refuse Christmas parole to jailed loyalist paramilitary leader Johnny Adair has indicated that he may not be able to deliver a judgement today.

Mr Justice Kerr said Adair's legal team had put forward a strong case. The special high court sitting is expected to continue this afternoon.
