British Embassy to send Irish murderer home

The British Embassy in Panama is to seek the repatriation of an Irish man convicted of murdering his best friend in 1999.

Engineering lecturer, Peter Byrne from Cork, has been imprisoned for stabbing Max Conroy to death in July 1999.
