Gardai siochana overpaid for tyres - report

A Comptroller and Auditor General’s report has found that the gardai siochana overpaid Advance Pitstop by £208,000 for tyres used by the force.

The report follows the investigation, which was launched after the media discovered that Advance had paid for costly holidays taken by members of the gardai.
