Woods welcomes result of INTO vote

Education Minister Michael Woods has welcomed the INTO’s acceptance of the Government’s £27-per-hour pay offer for supervision and substitution duties.

The ASTI and the TUI have already rejected the offer, but yesterday, the INTO, which represents primary school teachers, revealed that 68% of its members voted in favour of the deal.
